I Spent years as a NY State Licensed Representative which was a license to represent injured workers at the NYS Workers' Compensation Board. I was licensed from 1990 until I was admitted to the NYS bar.  I went to law school at night and represented injured workers full time during the day to gain the valuable experience required to fight for the rights of the injured worker.

I am a member of the Injured Workers Bar Association to maintain my education on how to most effectively protect the rights of the injured worker. I am also a member of the Nassau County Bar Association. I have handled, negotiated and/or litigated thousands of claims before the New York State Workers' Compensation Board with exceptional results.
