$190,000 - A client who was a minor at the time of the work related injury.  My office established that the injuries were permanent in nature and negotiated a proper average weekly wage to include wage expectancy. In other words, the value of the claim was based on what the injured worker might have earned at the age of 25 as the law provides. Accordingly, the client received maximum value.

The carrier had attempted to substantially lower the payments during the course of the claim.
